Adjusting the rope is easy: remove the black vinyl cap from the PVC cord, unscrew the silver collar with pliers, cut the cord to desired length at a 45 degree angle, screw the collar back on, and replace the vinyl cap. To size your rope, hold the handles upright with both feet together and adjust the length until the handles reach your armpits.
